Fair
Location was near to where an event was held. Staff were helpful and friendly. Massage in the hotel was good.
Room is very average, do not expect it to come with a beautiful facade. Toilet wall were damaged, shower area wasn't clean properly including shower taps. Decent for a 1 night stay.

Need to constatre on cleanness
I was checked in by Malay person , he don’t have a smile on face but they there was an other Chinese beside him , he was very attentive and willing to served.
Room was good but bed sheet got hairs , mini bar was not clean , room services they mention until 9pm , but in lift they mention on brushed until 11pm .

The fact that its available on short notice
The drain clogged and the room smell of old cigarate. The TV only have 1 channel and not even clear. The fridge not cold. The decor too old fashion. Only the view makes up for the rest.
